2022 Tennis In The Land Cleveland WTA Entry List featuring Trevisan, Giorgi, Garcia and Rogers

The WTA moves to Cleveland, Ohio for the Tennis In the Land Cleveland event, which runs from August 21-27, 2022.

A WTA 250 tournament, it is one of the last warmup events before the US Open. The event features a 32-woman singles field and a 16-player doubles draw. Defending champion Anett Kontaveit won the inaugural edition in 2021, but will not be competing at this year’s event.

Nevertheless, a slew of stars will be present, as exciting Italians Martina Trevisan and Camila Giorgi are scheduled to participate this year.

Joining the field are Ekaterina Alexandrova, the big-hitting Elise Mertens and recent Warsaw champion Caroline Garcia. Veterans Kaia Kanepi and Alize Cornet have also been announced, as has the in-form American Shelby Rogers.
